January Goals

Trying to get off to a good start:

  • Losing 2kilos. Small steps. Considering the post-December bloating, I’m fairly confident I can tackle this one through just making sensible food choices.
  • Am actually not going to be working for most of January as will be holidaying. Therefore, goal is to be sensible with the savings that remain. Less spending on food, less shopping, less magazines and takeaway coffees.No more clothes.
  • Read In Defence of Food by Michael Pollan that has been on my bookshelf for months.
